Balance.

I am glad I have a job that I really like. I have fun at work. I guess it is a good sign that when you are home, you feel you want to stay there and when you are at work you feel the same. Is that to find balance between work and your private/personal life? 

Now we have signed the contract for our new apartment! We start moving march 2, and hopefully we can move in for real one week later!:) exciting. 

Olympic Games.

Monday again! The weekend started with Valentine's day at Malmö Opera, followed with a saturday at IKEA to plan our future home :) Also a lot of sport on TV - The Olympic Games- that I am not so interested in but ice hockey is fun to watch at least. 

Yesterday morning Hannah joined us for breakfast and we watched Olympic Games together. Or, Hannah and Carl watched it and I was busy with Pinterest ;) 

IKEA!

Spent the afternoon at IKEA yesterday. Didn't buy anything, but tried to decide what bed and sofa, table and chairs we want. Romantic lunch at the IKEA restaurant with screaming kids. Now I just want to move into our new apartment! Start decorating and fix it so it feels like our own. The closet is the most important of course ;)

Malmö Opera.

Yesterday evening, Valentines Day,  Carl and I went to Malmö Opera. We saw the opera/musical Rebecka. I have been to some musicals with my parents but I think this is the first one without them. And now I really enjoy it! I really enjoyed the environment, the food, the show. Most people there were 60+ years old so Carl and I were among the very youngest. 

We had booked a dinner in the launch but the one who booked for us had done something wrong so we could not eat there. But they fixed so we could eat in the restaurant instead and it was actually do much better there! Very satisfied :D 

Today, we will go to IKEA to find a bed we can buy. And some other things :)

Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day! Carl and I have been together for almost 6 years, but only spent one Valentines day with each other. Tonight we are going to Malmö Opera for dinner and the musical "Rebecka". Looking forward. Leaving work one hour early, but worked one hour longer yesterday so. 

Dinner.

It felt like everybody at work had a bad day yesterday. Chaos. Hopefully things work better today :) 

Yesterday evening we invited Sofie, Sebastian and Jenny for dinner. Tacos!! Yummie. Great lunch box for me today. Nice to hang out, do something in the middle of the week. 

New!

Mom's birthday yesterday. Congrats:) Also my grandfather's, who passed away in 1998. 

Carl and I need to buy a bed for our new apartment. Or, actually we need to buy a lot of things. Everything new. We start with IKEA :) Maybe this weekend. We don't really have time on the weekdays.  

Today, we're getting a new colleague. Exciting. Another salesperson. We're growing :) 

Problem solved!

Seems like the issues with the apartment we will rent are solved. Great!:) We needed som clarifications and now we have gotten it! Those we will rent from seem very kind.

Finished the Hunger Games movie yesterday. I am surprised over how much I liked it! Need to see the next movie soon. 

On the train now. On friday it's Valentines Day. We have some plans but we'll see. 

Scary.

A new week starts. This weekend was great! Thought I would sleep until 12 saturday and sunday, but woke up at 8. More time to spend :) And yesterday, we went out for a walk in the sun. Luxury ;) 

Regarding the apartment we will rent, there are still some things that need to be discussed. 

Started to watch the first Hunger Games movie this weekend. Great, but scary. When I was young (12-15) I loved scary movies. They didn't really scare me. Now it's totally different :P 

Walk!

I do not have time or energy to work out nowadays. I know many people say that. But go to work 6.30 am and get home from work 6.30pm makes you kind of tired. And then you have to fix dinner, want to spend time with your partner before you want to go to bed at 9 or 10 to get up early. Priorities I guess. It could become better when we move closer to Sweden and the sun stays up longer :) Well, now time for a walk at least...
