I'm Danish!

Went early from work yesterday to get a CPR Number (Danish personal Identification number)! We got there at 5pm and the receptionist said there were 5 in line before us. It took one hour... 

We met a Swedish woman who were there for the same reason. She was nice. At 5.55pm (they close at 6pm) it was our turn. It went well so now I am officially Danish!:) 

We had After Work with Hannah and Jenny at a cozy and nice place, called Apotek or something. Live music and beer/wine!:)

Hopefully...!

Yesterday evening we found a great apartment when we clicked around. We contacted the seller - by e-mail - and now we just hope he/she/they answer that it is still available!:) 

Good day at work yesterday! We're having an After Work event with some partners on friday, at Boule bar in Malmö. Looking forward, even though I am not good at boule...

Carl got a new job at Novozymes, in Copenhagen!:) He's the best!! So now we really need to find an apartment... Before March. The one we looked at yesterday was really not for us. I just wanted to get out of there actually...

I'm trying the 5:2 diet now again. Started yesterday. Went well. Don't have time to think of food at work anyway;)

Apartments...

Yesterday, Carl and I looked at 2 apartments. Both were fine, but one of them had no real shower (common in Denmark - shower over the toilet) and the other one a too small living/dining room. Tonight, we'll look at another one.

Weekend!!

Woke up at 9. Lovely <3 yesterday evening Carl and I went to Nörreport and had dinner at an Italian restaurant. Great! And since I got my salary yesterday I paid for us ;) I had veal as main course and a cheese plate after. Yummie!

Today, we're going to town- Ströget or Fisketorvet- for some shopping.

Friday!

I really need this weekend! I will sleep and get rid of my headache. No party party this weekend for sure. On sunday, we'll look at 2 apartments we are interested in. 

Tired (and sick) at work yesterday. Today I plan to kick ass!;)

Headache

Good morning! I think I'm sick :/ headache, sore throat and so on. I think it's because I haven't been sleeping enough since last week. 6 hours/night. I need 8. Hopefully I am not too tired at work... 

Carl and I are going to look at an apartment on sunday. Exciting! We have found a few we really like. From the pics at least. 

Plans.

Carl and I move out from our apartment in march, so now we have started to look for another one. We plan to stay in Copenhagen since we really like, and want to see more, of the city. Buy or rent? 

Yesterday, dad called and told me that a relative (my grandmothers sister) had passed away. That's so sad. Dad is good at keeping contact and visit relatives, not only those closest related. 

Spend 1 1/2 hour on trains every day.

Celebrating life.

Good morning! Good day at work yesterday. Got one of my press releases published in the newspaper I was hoping for, and everything else were flowing as well. 

Came home at 6.30. We drank Champagne. Celebrated life. 

Weekend!

Now when I work so much, I really appreciate the weekends! At weekdays I leave home at 6.40am and come home after 6pm. I like working.  A lot to do, but as long as I feel I learn new things it is fun. And my colleagues are great! 

This friday after work I met up Carl at O'learys at Copenhagen central station to eat and watch handball. Carl has been a player himself. We also met two other Swedish guys there :) 

On the saturday, me and my colleague Sofia had decided to go out partying in Malmö. We met up at 8.30 and went to Big Bowl to eat and chat. Met some guys  there who convinced us to play bowling with them. It was actually very fun! And I won both times ;) 

Then we left the guys and went to Hipp where we were dancing until 4. Whar a work out! And we only drank water. I thought I was too old for late parties ;) planned to catch a train at 4.30 but the central station in Malmö was close?! Came home to Copenhagen at 7. Kind of tired. Carl and I stayed in bed like the entire sunday...

On my way to work. Öresund region is beautiful, and the route Köpenhamn - Malmö (+ Malmö - Köpenhamn) over the Öresund bridge could be nice if I did not always travel there when it is dark outside :/ cannot see anything. 

Tired!

Tired! Almost as tired as I was yesterday when I got home from work. Maybe I should start drinking coffee, before I leave home in the morning, again. Now I drink my first cup at 8.30 when I already have been awake for 3 hours... 

I look forward to the weekend. I will sleep, and on saturday my friend Marie (who I met when I was an exchange student in Canada) and her boyfriend Joakim come to us in Copenhagen for dinner :)

Weekend!

Felt great to have a looong weekend! 3 days!:) on friday, Carl and I had dinner with Jonas and Klara in Lund. Very nice! We went home at 12am and I was sooo tired! Carl almost had to carry me up the stairs. 

Saturday was very chill. We got up from bed after 2 pm. Carl went to a party on the evening but I stayed home. Didn't feel for partying. Too much parties during the Christmas holiday I guess! 

On sunday, we went to Louisiana :) first time for me. Saw an interesting exhibition - Arktis. 

Now back to reality. Ok my way to work!:)

Happy new year! 

Now I am on my way to work. Tired! During the Christmas holiday, I slept until 11 or something every day. Now, I'm back to reality and the early mornings. Takes some time to get used to it. 

Tonight, Carl and I are invited to dinner at Jonas' and Klara's place in Lund. Nice!:) 

New year!

So this year I will become healthy, fit, have more fun, and all that. Like I promise every new year.
