5:2


Good morning! Now I have been on the 5:2 diet for 3 weeks and I must say it works fine. At work, I am focused so I don't think of food there anyways. And the 2 days you don't eat more than 500 calories make you appreciate food more the other days ;) Im not looking for losing weight, maximum 3 kilos from now (I have lost 2). Further, it could be true that it helps against cancer, alzheimer and other diseases that some researchers claim. Well, we will see if I continue. Now it works fine :)

  1. Sounds tough! I've also considered doing 5:2, but I'm just too hungry:)

    1. First week was tough but now I'm more "used to it" and it works fine :)
