Eco.

I woke up early this morning and saw a message on my phone from someone I don't know. She accused me for something I could not relate to at all. It is sad. I hope they will solve it...

Today, I will continue with the marketing plan. It is raining, so I can stay inside without feeling guilt! :)

This monday, at monday boosting at Mindfloor, a woman presented her company. She makes ecological handbags. AND they were not just ecological and environmentally friendly, but also very pretty!

The designer is Inez Osvald and you can read more about her and her bags here:

Launch strategy.

Today, I have started with the marketing plan. It takes some time since I have to read a lot to get insight in and understanding of the company, its service and the business. But a start is better than nothing! I have also consulted Stefan and Petter for their launch of their new service. Gave some feedback on their material for the launch.

Today, I also had a Skype date with my friend Ida. Since she works with digital media/communication, we can give each other tips, and also involve each other in our jobs. Right now my company need someone who are good at flash/gif animation so... it's good to have a network, and to help each other :) It is very important to have a good strategy, especially during a launch.

Nina also told me that she knows a man who works for a big national newspaper who could be interested in doing an interview with me regarding my techniques for finding jobs. Social media and events/mingle/networking. We'll see :)

Both Carl and I have a lot to do now, so we're spending the evenings in front of our computers. But we also make sure to have some quality time. That's important!

Also, fall is really here! Cold. Colorful. Beautiful.

Ad vs Reality

Your brand is your promise to the public. Your advertisements, packages and slogans are part of that. If you show a picture of your product in your ad/package, you create expectations to the public about this product. The same with slogans. You deliver a promise and it is very important that you can live up to it. There are many examples where companies promise more than they can actually can provide.

Ad vs reality.

Chaos

Good morning! I feel very motivated today. Woke up early, had a long breakfast and have already started working with my different projects. Stefan and Petter sent me their material for their launch of their new service, and I gave them some feedback. It will be very exciting to see when it's done and ready to be launched!! :)

My trip home from Malmö yesterday was a bit chaotic. The train from Malmö was broken so we had to change to another one in Hyllie. The information was very poor, since they said "the new train will come in next to this train" and we therefore thought it was at the track next to ours. But when we all stood the, a man at the other side of the track waved to us and said we had to come there fast. So everybody rushed upand down the stairs to get there in time before the train started to roll.

Since it was a looot of people there and this new train was smaller not everybody got a seat. I got one, but then a mother with TWO children took the seat beside me. It was meant for two, but we were four.

Today, I wear jeans and a T-shirt. I work from home so :) I love bows!!!

Long day.

This has been a very long, but also a very good, day. Woke up at 7.30, went o Malmö without any problems. Went to the bank. Talked to a very helpful customer service worker. She helped me order a new VISA, the only problem is that they have to send it to Hudiksvall. Hopefully my mom can pick it up for me?

Went to Folk Å Rock for coffee and lunch. Suddenly, I see my friend Marcus (who I got to know in Umeå) walk by outside. Fun with unexpected meetings! He works for Egmont now in Stockholm, so he had a client meeting in Malmö today. It's good to have your eyes open, you never know who you will see and meet, wherever you are!

The meeting with Tim (sales manager at eFinance) also went well. We started planning for a marketing and launch strategy. Exciting! Billmate seems to be a great service. A brand who is trusted and has many customers already, even though the service is not officially launched yet!

After the meeting at eFinance, I went to Starbucks for the release party of Cathrin Frisemo's book about the digital work life. It was a nice event! Interesting subject. You can find my article and interview with Cathrin here.

Start working!

In Malmö. It went well at the bank. I live when customer service personnel are nice and helpful! Too often they are not. They are part of the brand, the marketing,  representing the company so it is very important that they are serviceminded.

Had lunch at Folk Å Rock. Unexpected meeting with a friend from Umeå.

Now I am on my way to eFinance:) feels good to start! Finally. I am super excited, and they are as well. Great!!

My favorite.

On today's schedule: fix a new VISA card at the bank, meet eFinance and start with a marketing/communications plan, attend Cathrins release party at Starbucks.

All this in my favorite dress!

Marketing consultant.

Woke up early today to take the train to Malmö. Started with "Måndagsboost" at Mindfloor, where Cecilia told us about mindfulness and also had some exercises with us. The purpose was to make us feel less stress, to calm down, make us feel aware of our mind. body, soul etc. I don't know if it worked for me, but it was different and fun to try :)

After the boost, I went to Lund to meet Stefan and Petter, who I am a marketing and communications consultant for now. I like to work with people who really believe in what they are doing, and who are real entrepreneurs. Fun and a great learning experience! I will continue consulting for them for a while. Thanks for the lunch also!!! :)

Had some problems with going back to Copenhagen, since I discovered I have lost my VISA. Think it was yesterday, when I bought my ticket in the machines at Copenhagen C. Thanks to Jonas Bigelius who could save me (borrow me some cash for my ticket back home)!!! Today's hero :)

And tomorrow, I will start working for eFinance Nordic. Get more information about the business, make a marketing and communications plan. I start to feel like a real marketer now ;)

Black leather boots.

Is it something I have spent much money on, it is black leather boots. I love them! And with heels of course! I need to go to a shoe maker to fix the heels on the ones I have now. For me, it is really important to find a shoe maker I can really trust!! I usually become friends with them. They know me, and know how much I love my shoes and do whatever they can to help me with them. Like it was my baby :P so it is my mission now to find one in Copenhagen, preferably in Nörrebro.

Another job! :)

Today I got a new job! :) I will be responsible for communication and especially social media activities for eFinance Nordic AB. I am super excited! I will continue my work for Nina as well, since I really enjoy it, meet many nice people, get a bigger network, and learn a lot. I actually think it is good for me to work with different things, since I become more productive that way :)

Today I also interviewed Linus Zackrisson, who is an expert in job searching and especially LinkedIn (and knows a lot about other social media channels also). It went very well! I think it can be a very good article of that information I got! And also some inside info about how recruiters use social media to find their candidates ;)

Now, I have started to think about something... we'll see what happens with that.

Happy girl! And it's friday! And we're having guests :)
